To ensure you receive training and course materials 2 weeks prior to symposium, early registration is advised. Online registration will close at midnight on Thursday, February 4th. Enrollment in the symposium equals automatic enrollment for all applicable CMEs. Virtual attendance will be documented in at the start of each CME session.

Full refunds will be given to anyone who requests by end of day on February 1st, with half refunds given after that date. If, for any reason, the symposium must be cancelled, discontinued, or rescheduled, a full refund will be provided. Please email Jason Churchill.
